Tech Tuesday QE - Introducing: The Training and Resource Center
In this episode of Tech Tuesday, Harley Wolfarth unveils Delta Media Group's Training and Resource Center!

Hello, and welcome to another edition of Tech Tuesday, presented by Delta Media Group, where we recognized early on that Betsy care are the antibodies for both strains. Today, we are going to take a look at the new training and resource center, which is kind of an interesting thing for a training. Where essentially, this is a training video to go over how to use a platform that contains guides used for training. It's a little bit of, maybe I should have gone with an inception reference.
In any case, we've recently added a training and resource center to the Delta Net. Now, we're going to continue to build this out as we go along, but for now this can be a great resource for you to go in and find guides related to specific features and functionality within the Delta Net and see how those features are used and where to find them and all that.
To get there, I'm going to scroll down here to support and click on support home, and here we are. This is our new training and resource center. The first thing you'll notice here is we have the Tech Tuesday videos embedded here. Now, this is the entire playlist. If I click up here at the top, I can scroll through this and I can see all the different Tech Tuesday videos we've had. This isn't hugely searchable, but it's a good quick way to find kind of a reference or find a video in there, and then you have the same function as you would on YouTube, watch later and share and all that.
Now, the next thing you can do is we can go over here and we can search for specific guides by topic. This is kind of nice because it has all the guides laid out here along with keywords that you can search for guides by, but it's also an auto-completer. If I were interested in finding a guide on the blog system, I can just type out blog and you can see we've got a couple of articles there. If I click on one and hit submit, well over here's our blog system guide. Same deal, if I were interested in marketing related things. I can type in, I have keyword marketing. We'll go ahead and search that. Now you can see we have a few different guides that all relate to marketing. To view any individual guides, I'll just click on them. We have our virtual open house system, we have a couple of guides for that, so I'll click on one of those and it loads up our article here, and then we have all the information about that.
Now we've tried to been pretty complete about writing up these guides and making them easy to find because you know what good is a guide to you if you can't find it? But we're also always looking for suggestions on new guides or if you have a question about anything that you don't see here or you can't find information about here you have a link up here at the top to click on to open up your email client and send an email into support@deltagroup.com or give us a call here and that'll create a ticket for us so that we can answer your question there as well.
Now lastly, we also have a category selection here, which is just another way to kind of organize these things that's designed to make it a little simpler to find. If I click on that and select customers leads for example, you can see it loads up all the matching guides down here by category, and then I can just click on the guide that I want to see. You can see we've added a system or a way for customers to submit a GDPR request and information request. I just click on it and it loads the guide up over here and you can see information about that.
The plan going forward is we're going to continue to build this out, continue to make things easier to find if we find that there are any issues with people finding the guides that they're looking for and continue to keep it up to date. There you have it. That is the new training and resource center in the Delta Net. We had a short video for you today, but I think a very important one because this is going to help you find the resources you need to really get the most out of the Delta Net.
