Noel England Promotion
CANTON, Ohio — Michael Minard, CEO and Owner of Delta Media Group, Inc., announced today that Noel England has been promoted to President.

In her new role, England will oversee the business operations of the company, including the execution of short-term and long-term goals, plans and strategies.
