Established in 1947, Cutler Real Estate was founded by Al Cutler and is now co-owned and operated by Jay Cutler, Jim Camp, and Andy Camp. Wardley Real Estate: Utilizing Delta Technology to Give People the Life They Want

Lynn Wardley started Wardley Real Estate in his home state of Utah in the early 1970's. With about 1800 agents spanning the entire state, the brokerage grew to be Utah's largest and most successful real estate company within just a few years. After finding such success, Lynn was approached in 1999 by Better Homes and Gardens (BH&G) to take over a brokerage in Las Vegas to fill an opening created by a broker that left the BH&G network.
