Employee Spotlight: Emily Croskey
Emily Croskey, Digital Marketing Specialist
Emily's professional life began as a tomato. Yep, you read it right a tomato! Emily shared with us that her most unusal job was during high school when she worked at an Italian restaurant. The restaurant owners asked Emily to dress up as a giant tomato, go to the street corner and wave to people holding a sign. As Emily put it: "Not exactly the high point of my high school days."
Since then, things have changed for Emily. She joined Delta Media Group about five months ago as our Digital Marketing Specialist in charge of Delta's social media marketing as well as that for some of our clients. In addition, Emily oversees SEO for several of Delta's clients.
When we asked Emily what her favorite thing was about working for Delta, she said, "I have a real passion for social media, so I love getting to work in that area on a daily basis. Also, the laid back atmosphere and friendly people are bonuses. I also love browsing homes for sale on our client's websites!"
When not on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Ric, and dog, Steve. She's a bit of a fixer upper fanatic as she loves remodeling and redoing her own home--inside and out. Emily cherishes the time she spends with her girlfriends sharing old stories over a bottle of wine.
When we asked Emily what one thing topped her bucket list, her answer was, "An African Safari ... I'd love to be able to go one day!"
