My name is Sandra Troccoli, and I have been working directly with Delta Media Group since July 17th, 2009. Before we became a Delta Media partner, our website ... It performed well, but it didn't perform great. And so we were looking for the opportunity to have our site really rank well. And so if we showed up on page seven, eight or nine in Google search results, obviously that's clearly not acceptable. And with our previous vendor, they weren't focused on SEO strategies at all. Delta Media has a whole SEO strategy, they have an SEO partner that they work with for getting your site ranked better. And now, we show up on page one consistently. Our brokerage site does, our listings do. It makes our sellers happy, because when they Google their property address, it's awesome because we show up, we're there.

We track all of our leads every month, and website leads for us are probably in the 3,500 to 4,000 leads per month. Our website is about 30 to 35% of our overall lead volume, which is tremendous. The amount of traffic, the amount of traffic that we get to our site, that is organic and that is the best kind of traffic to have. The paid placement and all that stuff that generates traffic to your website, you're paying for that. Every time somebody clicks on your search result, you're paying for that. When you get organic results, like we have got, 50% of our traffic is organic and you can't beat 50%, other than to keep going and keep marching towards the next layer of success. Delta has helped us get there. We were abysmally at 20 to 30% organic, and the rest was paying for it. When you don't have to pay for your leads, in the sense that you don't have to pay for placement and you can generate that organically because the platform that you're on is structured and designed to generate those types of results, that's money well spent.
