This was all triggered due to the Robles v Domino's Pizza, LLC case in November 2019, where it was ruled that financial restitution was owed to Guillermo Robles because he could not order a pizza through Domino Pizza's website. The website was not built to be accessible for the vision-impaired.
A multitude of reasons exists why you want your website to be FHA/ADA Compliant. First of all, it's just the right thing to do. It would be best if you wanted your site to be accessible for all people, including those with disabilities.
