Something I never quite realized until moving into the real estate vertical nearly a decade ago is that REALTORS® are essentially specialized sales professionals. As a child, I grew up seeing real estate agents on billboards, signs, and moving trucks. I even married into a real estate family (my wife's father and his brothers collectively own a small 30-agent real estate brokerage in northeast Ohio). Even then, it wasn't until I started working directly with agents myself that I realized just how much "sales" is in the DNA of their profession.

Under the leadership of Broker Doug Loyd, Florida Executive Realty has been focused on providing and promoting excellence in the Tampa Bay area real estate market for more than 30 years.

Three decades ago, in 1992, Florida-based Broker Doug Loyd founded Florida Executive Realty alongside General Manager Michelle Weinhold. Today, they have six offices across the greater Tampa Bay region of Florida.

For most of the past decade, the big offering from real estate tech firms has been "white-label" solutions. This has been particularly true for all-in-one platform providers. However, the focus has been on customization. This has been in an attempt to help real estate brokerages differentiate their tech stack by offering something that looks or feels different from what their competitor down the street provides.
