Simplicity in technology is often a razor-thin line to manage. The word "simple" can sometimes have negative connotations. If something as complex as setting up dynamic AI-driven drip campaigns can be made easy, then it must not be a high-fidelity bleeding edge tool with dozens of configurable settings, right? No brokerage or agent wants to use a tool that feels complicated or cumbersome. We all want everything to be as easy as the click of a button. After all, nobody knows better than technology and training directors how much real estate agents hate anything that feels complicated.

I have been working in enterprise real estate software sales for the better half of a decade and what my time working...

As my role at Delta Media Group® has changed over the years, I've learned a lot about the value of process and organization when it comes to, not just getting things done, but using time as efficiently as possible. In some ways, this is probably a good thing because then life would be very boring. After all, it would be predictable. However, it means that when the unexpected happens, you must be prepared to make changes in your business without notice, which is something I know that many of you have already dealt with this year.

I am a planner. To some of you, this will resonate and to others, it will not. I remember at the very young age of about sixteen, thinking about my life and where I wanted to be when I was 45 years old. I thought about things like how much I would earn...

One of the most dependable ways to evaluate your SEO is with an audit, which you can do anytime you want to learn more about how your SEO is performing. Today, we're going to take a closer look at some of the key factors to consider with your next SEO audit.

These days, software developers often claim they offer an "all-in-one" experience.

It makes sense: If something is truly "all-in-one," then you don't need anything else.

That means a software subscription is a much more reasonable long-term investment.

And if a product is truly all-in-one — meeting all your daily needs in one convenient package — it makes life much easier. There are plenty of real estate agents currently using a dozen different programs for the diverse tasks they undertake each week. That adds up to a lot in licensing fees!

But it's important to take these claims with a grain of salt and investigate carefully. Whether a product is really "all-in-one" depends on your needs. For many agents and brokers, the best way to decide i...
